Homemade mini burger

Hello guys!!

How are you?!

Yesterday I made a recipe that I usually do at home, and the same way of preparing to make the hamburger is the same for making meatballs in red sauce, but only changes the format.

Here goes the amount I made and the condiments / seasonings I used, you can add something and / or substitute for the seasonings that you prefer.

You will need:

Portion: up to 15 mini burgers

- 500 grams of minced beef (or the amount you prefer) - 1 small onion - Parsley - Chive - Salt - Condiments of your choice

Put the minced meat in a bowl, spreading the meat, and gradually add the condiments as salt, pepper, (I used salt and basil) and the condiments as you prefer, go mixing the seasonings to the meat, and then add the onion, parsley and chives.

After all mixed with the minced meat, with a spoon, start to take small portions and first make in ball format (if you prefer to make almondegas you can leave this way) and flatten it with the hand until it is in the shape of a mini pancake.

Note: If the ingredients do not mixing well with the meat and dismantle when shaping the hamburger, add egg and flour. I do not put them normally, because I prefer to use more natural ingredients, without much gluten, as in the case of flour. But if the meat dismantles, add 1 egg and flour little by little, according to the consistency that the meat is getting.

After the mini hamburgeres are molded place in a glass shape of your own and place in medium oven 300°F to 400°F for up to 35 minutes. Grease the shape with an olive oil string, and do the same thing on top of the hamburgers.

Note 2: You can make fried, it depends on what you prefer.

Portion: up to 15 mini burgers and if you do not bake everything, you can freeze and get ready to bake anytime you want.

So, did you like it? If you do, tell me how you got your recipe commenting here in the post or tagging me in instagram (@camilacarrapeiro)!

xoxo
